Audio Conferencing - How does it work?

You set the time with the other people, dial your permanent 1 800 number from anywhere in Canada and the USA, enter your PIN number and "voila" - you're meeting with your people, talking with them as if you were across the table.

Be aware. You or these other important people can be anywhere in Canada and the USA and it makes no difference! Long distance is included in our already low rate per minute per line so you can now get down to business - easily, inexpensively, quickly and with maximum professionalism - after all, you are running the meeting.

For international participants, you press #1 on your phone, "bridge out" (it's totally easy) and bring them back in. There's a surcharge for the international participant's line only, which is small compared to most of our competitors; this MAGNIFIES your savings.

And you never had to leave your office. Neither did they.
Unless you're traveling and then... it's just as easy to use as it always is.
